Anxiety Disorder

Anxiety disorders are the most common “psychological disorders” in the world today!  Anxiety Disorder is a broad term covering several different forms of abnormal and pathological fear and anxiety. Classified in two groups, Anxiety Disorder is a continuous symptoms and episodic symptoms.  Anxiety itself is a chronic fear, which continues even when the direct threat is not present however, Anxiety Disorders, causes unpleasant and extreme feelings of fear and apprehension and can becomes overwhelming for a person. This disorder consists of four different types, generalized anxiety disorder, phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder and panic disorder. The emotions present in these disorders, expands from simple nervousness to ranges of terror. The psychological effects of these disorders can be a major obstacle in one’s life. However if we believe in our selves nothing can bring us down.
